The Untitled Bombsite Project

TRT: 39:00 (trailer TRT: 2:38), 2013

The Untitled Bombsite Project is an experimental documentary project (drawings, photographs, video, audio soundscapes, and found objects) that investigates and retells the story of Nobou Fujita, a World War II Japanese fighter pilot who dropped four bombs on Brookings, Oregon, in 1942, and his 30-year friendship with this small, coastal community. Produced in collaboration with artist Jill Baker.
