Machines, Snow, Skin. Shot on both 16mm film and video, this observational work contrasts diesel fuel, broken parts, and engine noise with the romantic notion of living in isolation in the pristine Alaskan wilderness. This is the second film in a series that records the daily life of Alaskan dog musher Brent Sass.
